Final fight added to Cage Rage 22 card …June 8th
Good news for all Cage Rage and MMA fans alike! We have just confirmed a very special heavyweight bout lined up between two very heavy handed strikers on what will be a very special night of action packed fighting on14th July 2007 at Wembley Arena.
On the one side you have Cage Rage and Pride veteran James “Colossus” Thompson who stands at 6ft 5″ and is renowned world wide for his devastating strikes and his ability to finish fights early. On the other side you have Wesley “Cabbage” Correira, an all round American brawler that stands at 6ft 3″ and is well known for his ability on his feet but also possesses a very well rounded ground game.
Wesley’s last outing at Cage Rage saw him injured in a disgusting cowardly attack that happened prior to his bout but he is now 100% fit and waiting in the starting blocks to get it on. This one has early stoppage written all over it.
