Jess Liaudin comes out firing high kicks that miss their target. The fighters clinch and trade knees to the body before Liaudin swings wildly with a spinning hook. Torres lands a straight one-two combo. Liaudin answers with a right, left that drops Torres but he recovers. Liaudin comes back with another left followed by a right that sends Torres to the mat. The Brit pounces with strikes, which forces referee Mario Yamasaki to step in to save Torres at 4:10 of the opening period.
