Following Saturday night’s UFC 203: Miocic vs. Overeem event, UFC President Dana White spoke with John Pollock of The Fight Network about the unique event.
During the interview, which you can watch above, White addressed CM Punk’s comments about not being done with his MMA career after getting soundly out-classed by UFC newcomer Mickey Gall in Cleveland, Ohio this past weekend.
“He probably shouldn’t have his next fight in the UFC,” White told Pollock. “Just like I said with Brock, having your first fight in the UFC is tough and you [saw] tonight, even if it’s against a guy who is 2-0. This is a tough place to learn.”
