Dana White follows in the footsteps of Conor McGregor, Ronda Rousey and Nate Diaz in appearing on Wednesday night’s episode.
O’Brien will entertain UFC’s president [White], comedy actor Adam Sandler and comedian Seaton Smith on Wednesday’s show. O’Brien is known to be both a fan of MMA and among the high-profile names publicly noted to have made a move towards investing in the promotion by purchasing a stake in the UFC following Zuffa’s sale to WME-IMG in 2016.
While there is no particular reason or announcement known at this time as to why White is appearing on the show, topics which will surely be addressed will be the impending return of the UFC’s superstar Conor McGregor, questions on Ronda Rousey’s return to action and the UFC’s second event in New York (and second since 1994 in Buffalo) following the lifting of a ban of Mixed Martial Arts last year.
