It was announced earlier this year that The Ultimate Fighter 20 would feature an all-female cast of Strawweights, where the winner of the season would be crowned the first ever UFC Women’s Strawweight Champion.
Before TUF 20, however, two female Strawweights will make their octagon debuts, as Joanna Jedrzejczyk (6-0) will take on Juliana Lima (6-1) on the under card of the next UFC card on “big FOX.”
The Jedrzejczyk-Lima bout is added to an already stacked lineup for the show, which features a main event of Robbie Lawler vs. Matt Brown and a co-headline attraction of Anthony Johnson vs. Antonio Rogerio Nogueira.
UFC On FOX 12 takes place on July 26th at the SAP Center in San Jose, California. Preliminary fights will air on FOX Sports 1.
