UFC Featherweight champion Jose Aldo’s upcoming title defense against Conor McGregor at UFC 189 on July 11th is in jeopardy. The champ reportedly suffered a broken rib today (Tuesday) during a training session.
There’s no official word yet as to whether Aldo will have to pull out just two and a half weeks before fight night, but social media has been buzzing since the news was broken by Combate correspondent Ana Hissa.
