Canadian MMA fans could be upset, as repots surfaced today confirming changes to the upcoming UFC 186 fight card, which takes place on April 25th from the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Hometown hero Rory MacDonald, who was originally scheduled to fight Hector Lombard in the co-main event of the show, has been pulled off of the lineup following the news that Lombard failed the drug test for his last fight.
With the MacDonald-Lombard fight scratched from the lineup, UFC 186 does gain a big fight, as the UFC Flyweight Championship bout between Demetrious Johnson and Kyoji Horiguchi will now serve as the new co-main event for the show.
Headlined by the UFC Bantamweight Championship rematch between T.J. Dillashaw and Renan Barao, UFC 186 also features the return of Quinton Jackson, as he battles Fabio Maldonado, and an intriguing middleweight contest pitting Michael Bisping against rising contender C.B. Dollaway.
