After calling out Conor McGregor in a profanity-filled post-fight interview with Joe Rogan in the Octagon on Saturday night, one that FOX edited nearly every word of, UFC Lightweight contender Nate Diaz spoke with Ariel Helwani and claimed UFC matchmaker Joe Silva told him that Diaz vs. McGregor “is on.”
“He said it’s on, we’re going to do this,” Diaz said to Helwani in an interview for MMAFighting.com. “Hell yeah they want it, everybody wants that fight.”
Diaz continued, “He feels me if he’s out there listening. There’s nobody out there to fight. I want a money fight, good fights.”
