Former UFC Lightweight Champion Benson Henderson suffered a huge setback on Saturday night, losing via first-round knockout to Rafael dos Anjos in the main event of UFC Fight Night 49 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

In the co-main event of the evening, Jordan Mein scored an equally impressive first-round TKO of longtime UFC veteran Mike Pyle.
