The UFC rankings have been updated following UFC Vegas 31. Check out all the changes below.
Men’s Pound for Pound: Robert Whittaker moves down one position to #12 and is no longer tied with Brandon Moreno (#11).
Women’s Pound for Pound: No Changes
Strawweight: Marina Rodriguez moves up to be tied with Mackenzie Dern at #5.
Women’s Flyweight: No Changes
Women’s Bantamweight: Miesha Tate’s Octagon return has also warranted a return to the rankings after defeating Marion Reneau in the UFC Vegas 31 co-main event. Tate is now ranked #8 in the division, which has caused Sara McMann (#9), Macy Chiasson (#10), Lina Lansberg (#11), Pannie Kianzad (#12) to each drop one position.
Women’s Featherweight: N/A
Flyweight: No Changes
Bantamweight: No Changes
Featherweight: No Changes
Lightweight: In what will no doubt soften the blow for Islam Makhachev still not having faced the top-5 opponent he’s been chasing, he has now become the top-5 opponent. After defeating Thiago Moisés to make it eight consecutive wins, Makhachev is now ranked #5, which has caused Tony Ferguson (#6) and Rafael dos Anjos (#7) to drop one spot each. Conor McGregor also falls two spots down to #9. Thiago Moisés remains in the rankings at #15, and Arman Tsarukyan is at #14.
