Video: Dana White Reacts To Valentina Shevchenko Being Involved In Wild Shootout

UFC President Dana White recently spoke with celebrity-gossip website TMZ.com and gave his candid reaction to UFC Women’s Bantamweight contender Valentina Shevchenko, who is scheduled to fight former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Holly Holm on FOX in July, being involved in a wild shootout at a restaurant in Peru earlier this week.

Regarding the incident, White told TMZ, “She got shot at inside a restaurant, that’s crazy. Then her manager pulls out a gun and starts shooting, he gets shot, that’s madness!”

White continued, “When things like that happen, it puts you in touch with your mortality and sometimes people freak out a little bit, so we’ll see how it plays out.”

Valentina Shevchenko vs. Holly Holm is scheduled to headline the next UFC On FOX special, UFC On FOX 20, which is scheduled for July 27, 2016 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.
