Video: UFC 194: Aldo vs. McGregor Weigh-In Results (Very Intense Staredowns, All Fights Are On!)

UFC will be holding the official weigh-ins for their third and final event in Las Vegas this weekend, UFC 194: Aldo vs. McGregor, on Friday for Saturday’s highly anticipated pay-per-view.

The UFC 194 pay-per-view event features among other fights, the biggest fight in the history of the UFC’s 145 pound division, as linear UFC Featherweight Champion Jose Aldo will finally meet interim UFC Featherweight Champion “The Notorious” Conor McGregor in what is not only one of the most anticipated UFC fights of the year, but all-time.

Also scheduled for UFC 194 this Saturday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena is a very exciting UFC Middleweight Championship co-main event bout between the consensus two best 185 pound fighters in the world today, UFC Middleweight Champion Chris Weidman and legitimate number one ranked contender and former Strikeforce Middleweight Champion Luke Rockhold.

Rounding out the main card is the best 185 pound non-title fight that can be made in the UFC right now, as the number two ranked contender in the division, Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza and the third-ranked contender Yoel Romero will meet in what will likely determine the next title challenger.

Kicking off the pay-per-view will be a pair of fights featuring four well-known contenders, as Jeremy Stephens vs. Max Holloway will open the pay-per-view and former UFC title challenger Demian Maia will look to extend his current win streak to four when he meets Conor McGregor teammate Gunnar Nelson.

Notes:

* There were nearly 10,000 fans in attendance for the weigh-ins, many were singing and chanting for McGregor. It was definitely a wild crowd and you could feel the excitement in the air. * Aldo and McGregor had to be held apart by Dana White during their staredown after successfully weighing in. There was no real incident that caused it other than McGregor slowly but surely getting too close for comfort for those around him.

* The post-weigh-in staredown between UFC Middleweight Champion Chris Weidman and number one contender Luke Rockhold was intense. Keep an eye out for the next episode of the regular UFC 194 Embedded series on YouTube, as Weidman and Rockhold were exchanging words during their staredown and it appeared to be interesting and intense all at the same time.
