With Christy Mack and Corey Thomas, the two victims in the alleged domestic violence incident with former UFC and Bellator fighter Jon “War Machine” Koppenhaver set to testify in court this Friday, War Machine’s defense team has asked to postpone the proceedings in order to put together a plea bargain.
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, the request for a postponement was granted by Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Melanie Tobiasson.
With War Machine facing attempted murdery charges and possible life sentence in prison, it comes as no surprise that the former Ultimate Fighter star would want to reach an agreement, however it remains to be seen if said-agreement will be accepted by the prosecutors.
Meanwhile, as noted earlier this week, Christy Mack continues to heal from the savage attack allegedly suffered at the hands of the man who “does Alpha Male sh-t.”
