Kurtis Campbell bounced back from a disappointing result in his UFC debut, completely outworking Trevor Peek in one-sided fashion before scoring a submission win at UFC Paris.
Campbell dominated the fight from the get-go, working in strikes from range while mixing in takedowns. On the ground, Campbell completely outworked Peek, landing a barrage of ground strikes, including elbows.
Peek tried to get his jab going to take control in round two, but Campbell clinched and brought the fight back to the ground. Campbell dominated with positioning, continuing his barrage of ground strikes and locking in a body triangle.
Campbell did similar in round three, eventually finding an arm under Peek’s chin and scoring the submission.
Campbell earned a UFC contract on Dana White’s Contender Series in 2025. He made his debut this past March, losing to Danny Silva, marking the first loss of his professional MMA career.
