The main card begins at 9 p.m. ET on Paramount+, with prelims at 7 p.m. ET on the same platform and early prelims at 5 p.m. ET on Paramount+ and UFC Fight Pass. All odds below are the lines listed on UFC.com.
Makhachev vs. Machado Garry
Makhachev (-370) enters as a heavy favorite over Machado Garry (+290) in his first defense since taking the belt from Jack Della Maddalena at UFC 322 in November. The market has effectively decided this on grappling alone.
Garry’s side has spent the buildup arguing the gap has closed, and his work with Demian Maia has been the throughline of fight week. Maia himself has backed the challenger to cause problems on the mat, while Makhachev’s own corner has hinted at a game plan that may not lean on wrestling at all.
Lean: Makhachev. The challenger has to win 25 minutes of a fight where his opponent picks where it happens, and +290 is the kind of price that reflects exactly that. Live dog, wrong side of the equation.
Dern vs. Robertson
Dern (-225) defends against the fifth-ranked Robertson (+180) in a matchup of two fighters who do their best work on the ground. That stylistic overlap is what makes this the most gettable upset of the two title fights, since a grappler is far less likely to be caught cold by another grappler’s best weapon.
Lean: Dern, with the caveat that this line is closer than the gap in profile suggests.
The Rest Of The Main Card
Mansur Abdul-Malik (-550) vs. Dustin Stoltzfus (+400) at middleweight is the widest gap anywhere on the main card, and the number leaves very little room to play.
Edson Barboza (+375) vs. Esteban Ribovics (-500) at lightweight is the one that should draw attention. Barboza is one of the sport’s longest-tenured lightweights and the market has moved hard against him, which is the sort of line that either looks obvious afterward or does not.
Lean: Ribovics, but Barboza at +375 is the most defensible underdog play on the card.
Prelims
The 7 p.m. ET block runs four fights:
- Chidi Njokuani (+220) vs. Joel Alvarez (-270), welterweight
- Jalin Turner (-165) vs. Kaue Fernandes (+140), lightweight
- Donte Johnson (-225) vs. Eric McConico (+185), middleweight
- Vicente Luque (+130) vs. Tresean Gore (-155), middleweight
Luque as a live underdog at 185 pounds is the pick of the block. The Turner fight is the closest line on the prelims and the one most likely to swing before the opening bell.
Early Prelims
Three fights open the night at 5 p.m. ET:
- Rafael Tobias (+230) vs. Lucas Fernando (-280), light heavyweight
- Neil Magny (+105) vs. Ramiz Brahimaj (-125), welterweight
- Jeremiah Wells (+525) vs. Myktybek Orolbai (-750), welterweight
Magny vs. Brahimaj is a pick’em in everything but name, with barely 30 cents separating the two. Orolbai at -750 is the shortest price on the entire card.
