Lower-profile MMA promotions often produce some of the most jaw-dropping moments, and Houston-based Fury FC recently delivered in spectacular fashion.
On Sunday night at Imagen Venues Escapade in Houston, Texas, Marcus Nash secured a stunning knockout victory over Felipe Rocha in their middleweight showdown at Fury FC 103.
After a closely contested opening round, Nash came out aggressive in the second, immediately putting Rocha on the defensive. Sensing an opportunity, “The Bounty Hunter” unleashed a trio of heavy strikes, missing the mark at first.
However, his persistence paid off when he finally connected with a thunderous right uppercut, snapping Rocha’s head back and rendering him unconscious as he collapsed face-first onto the canvas. The referee swiftly stepped in to stop the fight.
Nash’s knockout of Rocha gained significant attention on social media, drawing a strong reaction from fans.
With this win, “The Bounty Hunter” improved his professional record to 2-1. He initially debuted under the United Fight League in April 2024, where he split his first two fights, going 1-1.
Meanwhile, Rocha experienced his first professional defeat, bringing his record to 2-1. Prior to this setback, he had built momentum with back-to-back submission victories last year in Fury FC.
