Gamebred FC has signed an exclusive global broadcast deal with DAZN, making the streaming platform the promotion’s home for live events worldwide. Jorge Masvidal, who founded the bare-knuckle MMA promotion, announced the partnership on Aug. 22.

DAZN will stream Gamebred FC’s events for free in more than 200 markets, according to the promotion. It’s the first standard media rights agreement of its kind for the promotion since Masvidal launched it in 2021.

“This is the moment we built Gamebred FC for,” Masvidal, the promotion’s founder and CEO, said in a statement. “We built this sport to be the rawest, most honest version of MMA there is.”

DAZN Group CEO Shay Segev framed the signing as part of the platform’s push into combat sports. “DAZN is building the global home of sport,” Segev said, adding that Gamebred FC’s mix of bare-knuckle striking and full MMA rules gives the promotion a format no other property offers at scale.

The partnership launches with four events over the next four months, hitting Russia, the Dominican Republic and Miami. The schedule lists stops on Sept. 12 in Russia, Oct. 2 in the Dominican Republic, Oct. 30 in Miami and Dec. 12 in Miami.

Those cards will carry forward Gamebred FC’s ongoing Heavyweight and Lightweight World Grand Prix tournaments, each a 16-fighter bracket with a $500,000 prize on the line. Gamebred FC said additional matchups and broadcast details for both tournaments will be announced in the coming weeks.

Gamebred FC competes under the full Unified Rules of MMA without gloves, a format that has drawn UFC veterans and international talent since Masvidal, a retired UFC title challenger, founded the promotion. The DAZN deal puts Gamebred FC alongside the platform’s existing combat sports roster, which includes Matchroom, Golden Boy, Queensberry and Top Rank on the boxing side.
