Jon Jones had some sarcastic words for Dillon Danis.
Arman Tsarukyan beat Danis 10-0 by technical fall at RAF 14 on Friday to win the inaugural RAF middleweight crossover title. It was Danis’ third straight loss in RAF after defeats to Colby Covington and Khamzat Chimaev.
Jones weighed in with a comment on Instagram.
Dennis congratulations on another dominating performance. Way to not give it to them too easy… I know Mike Tyson is somewhere so proud of you. Absolute stud, America’s best.
Danis has long claimed he could beat anyone from Jones to Khabib Nurmagomedov. He remains unbeaten in MMA, but he has rarely competed.
His MMA return has also stalled. Danis pulled out of an August fight with Mike Perry after a training cut, and he recently claimed Nick Diaz had agreed to fight him, though Diaz’s side hasn’t confirmed it.
