After months of speculation, the UFC White House card has finally been revealed. And as promised, the card -- named UFC Freedom 250 -- will be topped by a pair of exciting title fights.
The card has finally revealed during the UFC 326 main card broadcast.
In the main event, Ilia Topuria and Justin Gaethje will clash to determine the undisputed UFC lightweight champion.
Topuria, also a former featherweight champion, had been inactive since claiming the title with a knockout of Charles Oliveira at UFC 317. A custody case has finally been resolved, however, and he will return as he hoped for.
Gaethje earned this fight by defeating Paddy Pimblett to become the interim lightweight champion in the main event of UFC 324.
Meanwhile, Alex Pereira's vacating of the light heavyweight championship now has a reason -- he is going for a chance to become the first UFC fighter to win titles in three weight classes in their career.
"Poatan" will face Ciryl Gane for the interim UFC heavyweight championship in the co-main event.
Pereira became a two-time light heavyweight champion in his last fight, scoring revenge on Magomed Ankalaev at UFC 320.
Gane is a former interim heavyweight champion, claiming such a position by defeating Derrick Lewis at UFC 265. Gane, however, has fallen short twice in becoming the undisputed heavyweight champion, losing to Francis Ngannou at UFC 270 and Jon Jones at UFC 285.
The rest of the main card will see Sean O'Malley vs. Aiemann Zahabi, Mauricio Ruffy vs. Michael Chandler, Bo Nickal vs. Kyle Daukaus, and Diego Lopes vs. Steve Garcia.
The card will begin at 8pm ET on June 14 and take place on the lawn of the White House. As of press time, it will air exclusively on Paramount+.
