Raul Rosas Jr. headlines UFC Fight Night against Raoni Barcelos on Saturday, September 26, from the UFC APEX in Las Vegas. Prelims start at 5:00pm ET, with the main card at 8:00pm ET on Paramount+.
Rosas Jr., 21, becomes the youngest athlete to ever headline a UFC card, continuing his pursuit of becoming the youngest champion in promotion history. He carries a 6-1 record with five straight wins into the bantamweight main event. Barcelos, 39, brings his own five-fight win streak and grappling credentials that could pressure Rosas Jr.’s usually dominant control time.
What’s At Stake
- The record chase: A win keeps Rosas Jr.’s youngest-champion timeline alive and adds another name to his streak.
- The style clash: Barcelos has the grappling pedigree to test the exact part of Rosas Jr.’s game that’s carried him this far.
- The card shuffle: The lineup took a late hit when Mickey Gall was pulled with a medical issue, with Dana White’s Contender Series winner Luis Hernandez stepping in on short notice.
