Though he won’t be featured on Noche UFC 4 or UFC 321, Raul Rosas Jr. will still be highlighted by the UFC in September.
Rosas Jr. will face Raoni Barcelos in the main event of UFC Vegas 121 on Sept. 26. The UFC made the announcement during the UFC 330 broadcast, as well as on social media.
Rosas Jr. has been a highly touted name coming up through the ranks; the UFC has pushed him to be their next big Mexican star. Since arriving at the UFC from Dana White’s Contender Series in 2022, Rosas Jr. is 6-1. He’s currently on a five-fight win streak, most recently defeating Rob Font at UFC 326.
Barcelos, who is 22-5, is also on a five-fight win streak. He last fought in April, defeating Montel Jackson via split decision.
